Adam McNaghten  # 9

A senior at Bishop Blanchet, Adam was the lead off hitter for Coach Monica and the Braves who made it to the State Tournament again this year. He hit over .300 this spring and scored a team high 34 runs for the Braves. A catalyst offensively for Lux each of the past two seasons, Adam will once again figure largely into the run production this summer for Lux.   Our everday centerfielder, Lux is also an outstanding wrestler. Heis a 4 time Metro League finalist and three time league champion.  His only league loss was in the championship finals as a freshman.  Adam has also been a Regional finalist and a three time Mat Classic State Tournament qualifier where this past winter he placed 6th. A two time Team Captain for the Braves wrestling squad, he was voted Most Outstanding Wrestler by his peers in '07 7 08. Adam has a 3.0 GPA and plans to attend Yakima Valley CC where he will both wrestle and play baseball.
